Dr. Daniel Lucero a “citizen of the world” is of Spanish ancestry and has Canadian, American and French Nationalities. He grew up and spent his most formative years in Fort Valley, VA. USA. Dan has a B.Sc. in Dairy Science (1990) and M. Sc. in Crop, Soil and Environmental Science (1994) with a specialization in International Development (Virginia Tech, USA) and a Ph.D. in Eco-physiology (1999 – I.N.P.L -University of Lorraine – Nancy, France) earned as a Fulbright Scholar (1994) and an Executive M.B.A. (2013) from HULT International Business School (London, U.K.).

After hitchhiking “around the world” Daniel’s life was transformed in discovering faith and meeting his wife Martine in the early 1980’s in Spain, where they collaborated to help establish the REMAR “drug rehabilitation” centers under the oversight of their Spiritual Father Dan DelVecchio that saw the transformation and renewal of thousands of people lost in drug addiction.

Daniel is a “tentmaker” after the Apostle Paul and amongst other works has managed one of the world’s largest Intellectual Property (I.P.) Asset Management Companies based in Europe as well as taught various subjects at several Universities and is a Published Scientist in International Journals. Over the last 30 years he has simultaneous established an Apostolic ministry across Africa, that has led to the opening evangelical works in dozens of nations and has overseen thousands of churches. All
this while developing a Chiasmatic evangelical network of some 150 local works in France that he oversees. A passionate communicator – his focus is on discipleship and that one’s “fruit would remain”. Daniel is a Global Teacher for Equip France (Dr John Maxwell) and has traveled and ministered in over 100 countries.

He is a member of the “Ecumenical Commission” and Board of the
French Protestant Federation (FPF), Vice-President of the Evangelical Commission of the FPF, active in the major inter-denominational dialogue of the “Global Christian Forum” and is a European Board Member of “Empowered 21”.

Married for 37 years to Martine, a gifted singer and worship leader – they together have 4 beautiful children and a growing clan of in-laws and grandchildren!
